Welcome
Founded in 2014 by Jasper Power Company, the Peace Humansrus Trust (PHT) was established in accordance with the economic development requirements of the Independent Power Producer (IPP) Procurement Programme. The Trust was created to ensure that local communities share in the long-term benefits of the project through meaningful investment in initiatives that promote sustainable development, social well-being, and economic empowerment.
VISION
Our vision is to create a future where inclusive, strategic social investment drives lasting positive change, where Kgatelopele and Tsantsanbane communities thrive and benefit from equitable opportunities, enhanced livelihoods, and a sustainable environment.
MISSION
Our mission is to empower communities through fostering inclusive growth, local capacity, and long-term resilience by implementing impactful, sustainable community development and socio-economic interventions in education, youth skills development, livelihoods, and social upliftment initiatives.
